Ingredients:- 2 lbs sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high heat will ensure a good sear on the steak while quickly cooking the vegetables.

- Season the steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with the remaining olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine on the pan: Distribute the seasoned steak pieces evenly among the vegetables on the sheet pan. Dot the steak and vegetables with small bits of butter.
- Roast in the oven: Place the pan in the oven and roast for about 12-15 minutes, or until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve directly from the pan for minimal cleanup.
