One of our favorite tools, sandbag training is like wrestling a cat - if by cat you mean a 600lb Siberian Tiger with Ninja training. Shifting weight requires constant adaptation. Sandbag workouts not only utilize your large muscle groups, but also additional muscles which are never targeted by conventional training methods. Sandbag training allows unique functional combinations which are unlike any other implement. More muscles working equals optimal metabolic conditioning, sans Ninja Tiger can-o-whoopass.
In 1 minute, get the heart rate and metabolic benefit of 10 minutes of traditional cardio in this full body, non-impact workout. One of the best conditioning exercises out there, MMA fighters and boxers love this modality. And because it's non-impact, you get a great workout even if you have joint issues or limitations. Fun times had by all!
Unlike dumbbells, as the kettlebell moves away from your center of gravity, more muscles (primary, stabilizers, core) become involved in each movement. Build a stronger core and more fit, functional, powerful body with these "new" weights, which were actually developed in Russia over 50 years ago. The Russians have won quite a few gold medals, so they probably know what they're doing. "Russians don't do bouncy-bouncy on BOSU. Russians core train with kettlebells. Jungle Gym - Functional Training System
Remember playing on the jungle gym at recess? Well, it's back, better than ever, and adult sized. Scamper across the monkey bars and cargo nets, throw your weight around with the Landmine, climb ropes, tug-of-war with your classmate, all while re-acclimating your body to the functional movement patterns we often lose as adults. It's time to have fun like a kid, while burning fat like an adult!
Not unlike wrestling an ocelot, maintaining equilibrium with a pipe filled with water requires an unbelievable amount of core strength and neuromuscular adaptation. Why would you choose to do this voluntarily? The more large muscle incorporation and neural load an exercise requires, the better the results of the workout. Try slosh pipes once, and you'll wonder why you ever thought crunches were a good idea!

ELEVATE YOUR MRTAll of our classes are based on metabolic resistance training (MRT). MRT is a superior workout which TRULY combines strength and conditioning for optimum impact on your overall fitness and metabolism. A medium 45 minute jog on a treadmill while reading a magazine is NOT conditioning. Do this exercise in futility long enough and it will actually have a NEGATIVE impact on your metabolism! Lifting pink dumbbells (or any color, for that matter) is NOT strength. For anyone other than professional power-lifters named Magnus or Sven, pushing out a few reps then chatting with your buddies for the next 10 minutes is NOT strength.
Elevate Your Class
This class is true MRT: a group of selective dynamic full body movements performed in periods of high intensity intervals followed by short recovery. Circuits are timed-based, with lighter weight, to focus on fat loss, speed, and power. >>View Schedule>>

With all the metabolic benefits of interval training, combined with planet-saving energy production, Hz and MHz are perfect conditioning classes. They are like no spinning class you've ever done.
